ConstructPro ("we", "our", "the app") is a construction site management application for construction business owners. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
We collect the following information from users of ConstructPro:
We use the information you provide solely to operate the app's core features: managing your construction sites, tracking attendance and wages, recording materials and payments, and providing you with reports and summaries of your business activity.
All data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication). Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS. Each business's data is kept completely separate and is not accessible to other businesses using the app.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Your data is used only to provide the app's functionality to you.
ConstructPro does not offer public self-signup. To use the app, a business owner first completes a one-time business setup process directly with our team. As part of this process, the owner provides their phone number, which our team then registers in our system. Once registered, the owner can log in to the app at any time by entering their phone number and verifying with a one-time password (OTP) sent via SMS — no separate password is required.
Business owners can, in turn, create supervisor accounts for their staff by providing our team with the supervisor's phone number. Owners control exactly what data and which construction sites each supervisor can access.
Your data is retained as long as your account remains active. If you wish to have your account and associated data deleted, please contact us using the details below, and we will process your request.
Day-to-day business data — such as clients, sites, attendance records, materials, expenses, and payments — is fully controlled by you within the app. You can add, edit, or delete this data yourself at any time directly through ConstructPro, without needing to contact us.
Deleting your entire account — including your login access and business profile — is not currently available as a self-service option within the app. To request full account deletion, please contact us as described below.
If you are a ConstructPro user and would like to request deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us at the email or phone number listed below, using the subject line or message "Account Deletion Request," and include the phone number registered to your ConstructPro account.
Steps to request deletion:
What is deleted: Your account record (name, business name, role, and company ID) and login access will be permanently deleted from our systems.
What may be retained: Financial and business records (such as site data, attendance, materials, and payment history) directly associated with your business may be retained for a limited period as required for legitimate business, legal, or accounting purposes, even after your account access is removed. If you would like this data deleted as well, please state this explicitly in your request, and we will delete it unless we are required to retain it by law.
ConstructPro is a business tool intended for use by adult construction business owners and their staff. It is not directed at, nor knowingly used by, children under the age of 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
